Wenceslas II, a member of the Přemyslid dynasty, was a capable ruler, and his reign saw economic and cultural prosperity. He greatly strengthened royal power and the organization of the country's administration. He issued the so-called Ius regale montanorum (Royal Mining Law) – an important code of law for silver mining. During his reign, there was a silver boom in Kutná Hora, which became one of the most important cities in the kingdom.He introduced the Prague groschen – a stable and popular silver coin throughout Central Europe.

Vše v naprostém pořádku
